Peyote Coyote Return + Exchange Policy

All items purchased from Peyote Coyote (both online and in-person) can be exchanged for store credit only within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original, new condition. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

**All custom orders are final sale. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Standard repairs on all purchased jewelry (including custom items) are complimentary 90 days from the original purchase date. Please note, complimentary repairs excludes any and all damages caused by aggressive wear, abuse or misuse of pieces. All repairs are subject to additional material costs, repair and shipping fees.

 

Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping is included with all domestic (US) purchases of $100+. International orders may receive an additional invoice for shipping and handling rates. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of custom orders. 

**Complimentary shipping is via standard USPS shipping. Peyote Coyote is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Insurance and signature confirmation options are available for you to add at shipping checkout (this is highly recommended). xo
